In the Oktyabrsky district, a contest was held for “Exemplary Elder,” “Exemplary Lady,” “Honorable Daughter-in-law,” “Best Father,” “Exemplary Family,” “Exemplary Street,” “Exemplary Village,” “Exemplary Enterprise,” and “Exemplary Collective.”

The event was organized to implement the main directions outlined in the Decree of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic dated December 18, 2024, No. 369, “National Spirit – Global Heights,” and aimed at strengthening family and social values, promoting education, science, and culture, supporting the state language, fostering economic growth, and honoring hardworking and exemplary citizens.

A specially appointed commission reviewed applications in each category, comprehensively assessed the participants’ achievements, and evaluated them on a scale from 0 to 5 points.

A total of 35 applications were submitted for the contest. Based on the evaluation, 23 winners were determined. Participants who took 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places in each category were awarded diplomas and commemorative prizes.
