The Bishkek City Hall reminds the public about the hearings on the General Plan of Bishkek city until 2050.

The hearings will take place on December 24–25, 2025, in the city districts at the following addresses (please note changes in locations and times):

December 24, 2025:

  • Lenin District – Bishkek, Chuy Avenue, 168a, starting at 10:00 AM
  • Pervomaisky District – Bishkek, Chuy Avenue, 168a, starting at 2:00 PM

December 25, 2025:

  • Oktyabrsky and Sverdlovsky Districts – Bishkek, Usenbaeva Street, 200/1, starting at 2:00 PM
