Currently, the city of Bishkek is actively discussing the draft Master Plan up to 2050.

Previously, the draft Master Plan was prepared by the Research Institute of Urban Planning (Saint Petersburg) and submitted for public discussion.

In connection with numerous citizen submissions containing suggestions and comments on the draft Master Plan that do not comply with the requirements of Part 2 of Article 6-1 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic “On the Procedure for Considering Citizens’ Appeals,” the Bishkek City Hall announces that starting from November 3, 2025, all proposals and comments regarding the draft Master Plan up to 2050 will be accepted through the official website of the Bishkek City Hall – https://bishkek.gov.kg/ru under the “Citizens’ Appeals” section.

According to Part 2 of Article 6-1 of the above-mentioned law, a citizen’s electronic submission must include:

the name of the state body or local self-government body to which the appeal is addressed, or the full name of the relevant official, or the official’s position;

the citizen’s full name (if available);

contact phone number (home, mobile, or work);

residential address;

and a clear statement of the appeal’s content.
