In accordance with the order of the Bishkek City Hall, the 2025–2026 heating season in the capital will begin on November 3, 2025.

On the night of the specified date, personnel of the municipal enterprise Bishkek TETS will start the activation of the main equipment for generating thermal energy and its subsequent transfer to Bishkekteploset.

All engaged equipment is operating in an enhanced mode, and the technical staff is fully prepared to maintain the required parameters.

Municipal enterprises Bishkekteploset and Bishkekteploenergo have completed all preparatory work and are fully ready to ensure timely and stable heating connection for the city’s facilities.

Technical personnel of the enterprises have been moved to an enhanced work mode to respond promptly to possible requests and emergency situations

The connection of facilities to heating will be carried out gradually in several stages:

First stage — social facilities: schools, kindergartens, medical institutions, maternity hospitals, and social protection organizations.

Second stage — apartment buildings and private sector residences.
