The Bishkek City Hall announces the holding of public hearings on the draft General Plan of Bishkek until 2050, which will take place on December 24–25, 2025, by district at the following addresses:
- Leninsky and Pervomaysky Districts – Bishkek, Chuy Ave., 168a
- Oktyabrsky District – Meeting hall of the Municipal Administration of Bishkek, Oktyabrsky Administrative District
- Sverdlovsky District – Bishkek, Usenbaeva St., 200/1
Materials of the draft General Plan of Bishkek until 2050 can be viewed:
- Electronically – on the official website of Bishkek City Hall (https://bishkek.gov.kg/ru/post/32391) or requested by email at bishkek@meria.kg
- In paper form – at Bishkek City Hall, Moscow St., 188, office №2, 2nd floor
All proposals and comments can be submitted by email to genplan.bishkek@gmail.com or in hard copy at the City Hall’s single window at Chuy Ave., 166, in accordance with the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic “On the Procedure for Considering Citizens’ Appeals,” marked “General Plan 2050.”
The exact schedule of the public hearings will be announced one week before the hearings.
