In Bishkek, as part of the Adult Education Decade and with the support of the international organization DVV International Kyrgyzstan, events promoting an eco-friendly lifestyle were held.
On the eve of the events, staff of the Tologon Kasymbekov Central City Library organized the flash mob “Eco-Life — For Everyone” in Togolok Moldo Park. The action was held in support of the Open Days of the Adult Education Center “Growth Zone”. The organizers expressed gratitude to the director of Titan Group Company for financial support. The flash mob reminded residents that care for nature and responsible consumption is everyone’s contribution to a shared future.
Additionally, at the Tologon Kasymbekov Library, the seminar “Eco-Life — For All” was held, attracting significant interest from students of the Chinese Faculty of Kyrgyz National University. The director of the Bishkek Central Library System, Kulsayra Dandybayeva, delivered a welcoming speech, emphasizing the importance of ecological education and the formation of eco-friendly habits.
The seminar program included:
A master class on recycling plastic bottles;
A creative performance by the group “Maya Show”;
An open dialogue: “How I Adopted an Eco-Life.”
The event concluded with a photo session and the awarding of prizes to the most active students.
