The Bishkek City Hall continues to develop the mobile application “My City”, which makes life in the capital more convenient and interaction with the municipality more transparent and efficient.

Through the app, residents now receive city news, important information, and access to municipal services.

Key features include:

Citizen requests – over 8,296 requests registered via “My City,” with the ability to track progress in real time.

Public transport – displays bus locations, builds routes, and announces arrivals for visually impaired users.

Payment of services – fast and secure payments for gas, electricity, water, and waste collection.

Vehicle evacuation – search for towed vehicles by license plate, parking location, and service contact information.

Emergency notifications – integration with the “112” app.

Intercity transport – tracking of routes in the Chui–Bishkek direction, with plans to expand coverage.

New services under development:

Tenant personal account

Electronic parking payment

Booking and purchasing tickets for intercity transport

To date, the app has been downloaded over 800,000 times, with 490,000 active users. “My City” aims to become a universal digital platform, uniting key municipal and state services for the residents of Bishkek.
