In Moscow, Bishkek Mayor’s Office and the Moscow Government signed a Memorandum of Understanding to develop cooperation in digital city management.
The agreement covers experience exchange, innovative solutions, and joint projects to improve urban governance efficiency and citizens’ quality of life.
Signed during the forum “Cloud Cities. Forum on the Future of BRICS Cities,” Bishkek was represented by the Director of MP “Center for Digital Technologies,” Jumamüdün Jumaliev.
Forum participants discussed modern IT solutions in utilities and shared successful automation practices.
The Memorandum provides for consultations, seminars, conferences, professional exchanges, and strengthening links between organizations and business communities of both capitals.
Signatories expressed confidence that the partnership will support smart urban infrastructure and sustainable digital progress.
