In the conference hall of the Bishkek Mayor’s Office, a memorandum of cooperation was signed between the municipality and higher educational institutions engaged in teacher training.
The event was attended by Bishkek Mayor Aybek Junushaliev, Minister of Education of the Kyrgyz Republic Dogdurgul Kendirbaeva, Deputy Mayor Viktoria Mozgacheva, Director of the Education Department of the city’s Mayor’s Office Rakhhat Musaeva, and the rectors of the Kyrgyz State Academy of Physical Culture and Sports named after B. T. Turusbekov, Kyrgyz National University named after Jusup Balasagyn, Kyrgyz State University named after Ishenaly Arabaev, Bishkek State University named after Academician Kusein Karasaev, and Bishkek Music and Pedagogical Institute named after Tashtan Ermatov.
The memorandum aims to develop cooperation in the training, retraining, and professional development of teaching staff, as well as to ensure that schools in the capital have qualified specialists.
The document provides for the implementation of joint programs for targeted teacher training, organization of internships and student practices, assistance in graduate employment, and measures to eliminate the shortage of staff in Bishkek’s school system.
Participants emphasized that the signed memorandum represents an important step toward strengthening the human resource capacity of educational institutions in the capital and will contribute to improving the quality of school education.
