Preventive raids to enforce the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic “On Silence” were conducted in four districts of the capital.
The events involved Deputy Mayors Viktoria Mozgacheva, Azamat Kadyrov, Nurgazy Kurmanbekov, Head of the City Hall Apparatus Ilyas Kolopov, district administration heads, as well as employees of CGSEN, MTU, and the RUVD.
During the raids, nightclubs and entertainment establishments were inspected, including venues that had previously received complaints from residents. Among those checked were “Arzu,” “Barkhat,” “Solist,” “Shanson,” “Sky Baku,” “Season,” and “Boho.” Owners were given preventive guidance and informed of the legal requirements prohibiting noise during nighttime hours.
Previously, CGSEN of Bishkek issued fines totaling 84,000 KGS to the establishments “Kochevnik,” “My Shisha,” and “Season.”
Bishkek Mayor’s Office reminds residents: on weekdays, quiet hours must be observed from 22:00 to 07:00; on weekends and public holidays, from 22:00 to 09:00. Such raids will continue regularly to ensure a peaceful environment for citizens.
