In 8 months of 2025, the Municipal Inspectorate of the Bishkek Mayor’s Office carried out large-scale work to comply with the Rules of improvement of the city of Bishkek, to ensure the sanitary condition of citizens and business entities in the capital.

As part of daily business activities, 920 raid events were organized, during which compliance with established norms and rules was monitored in markets, streets, public places, as well as near trade facilities.

During the specified period, 484 duty shifts were conducted, aimed at timely response to offenses, including at night and on weekends.

The Inspection inspected 23,698 business entities, regardless of their forms of ownership.  7,892 violations were identified, for each of which appropriate protocols were drawn up in accordance with the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic on Offenses for a total amount of 62,002,500 soms.

Active explanatory work was also carried out among entrepreneurs and individuals on compliance with current legislation. The inspection staff has issued many instructions on the elimination of violations, the implementation of which is constantly monitored.

The Municipal Inspectorate continues to work purposefully to restore order and create a safe, clean urban environment, calling on citizens to take responsibility for compliance with established rules.
