The first meeting of the commission to conduct a land amnesty in the district as part of the administrative-territorial reform was held in the Leninsky Akimiat.

Akim of the Leninsky district Zhyrgalbek Shakiev, director of the department of individual housing construction and urban planning of the Bishkek mayor's office Koychugul Ibraimov, representatives of the Municipal Enterprise "Bishkekglavarchitectura", Bishkek branch of the state agency for land resources, cadastre, geodesy and cartography under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic took part.

During the meeting, issues related to land amnesty facilities located in the territories annexed to the city of Bishkek as part of Emergency Technical Work (Orok, Novopavlovka) were considered.

The commission reviewed 44 applications related to the Municipal Territorial Administration “Orok”, for the Municipal Territorial Administration “Novopavlovka” - 751 applications.

To date, more than 11 thousand applications and more than 1,400 Adjoining Land Plots (scheme and project of land management for a land plot) have been accepted in the Sokuluk district.

For reference: As part of the implementation of the Decree of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic “On carrying out administrative-territorial reform in a pilot mode at the level of aiyl aimaks and cities of the Kyrgyz Republic” dated December 29, 2023 No. 370, the department of individual housing construction and urban planning of the Bishkek City Hall continues to work on admission transfer of applications, Adjacent Land Plot, lists of legal holders of the Sokuluk district, Orok and Novopavlovsk aiyl okmotus, in accordance with the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic “On the regulation of land legal relations”, which regulates the conduct of a land amnesty to secure the state's ownership rights to land plots.
