Deputy Mayor of Bishkek Ramiz Aliyev held a visiting meeting on improving the sanitary condition and landscaping of Zhibek-Zholu Avenue from Manas Avenue to Abdrakhmanov Street.
Participating were specialists from the central office of the capital's mayor's office, heads and deputies of the Pervomaisky Akimiat, the Department of Municipal Affairs, the Municipal Inspectorate, the Land Use Control Department, and the municipal enterprises "Tazalyk", "Bishkekzelenstroy", "Bishkeksvet", "Bishkekasfaltservis".
As a result of the meeting of the Tazalyk Municipal Enterprise, it was instructed to update garbage cans and install them on the sidewalk so that they do not interfere with pedestrians, clean and paint bus stops, and paint electrical panels.
The municipal enterprise “Bishkekzelenstroy” has been tasked with carrying out sanitary pruning of green spaces, removing all emergency and dried trees and cut down stumps.
The municipal enterprise "Bishkekasfaltservice" was instructed to eliminate defects after major repairs along Zhibek-Zholu Avenue and repair installed trays. Along Zhibek-Zholu Avenue from Togolok Moldo Street to Panfilov Street on the south side, carry out work to raise the level of the trays to make them suitable for irrigation work. As part of the overhaul of the road along Isanova Street, install trays before crossing Zhibek-Zholu Avenue.
Also, the MP "Bishkekasfaltservis" together with the Municipal Enterprise "Bishkekglavarkhitektura" will consider the issue of marking the bicycle path on the sidewalk along Zhibek-Zholu Avenue, update the road markings along Zhibek-Zholu Avenue from Manas Avenue to Abdrakhmanov Street.
Carry out appropriate work to raise wells to the level of the sidewalk along Zhibek-Zholu Avenue, as well as repair work on concrete slabs and road barriers.
The Municipal Inspectorate of the Bishkek City Hall has been tasked with carrying out work to ensure compliance with the requirements of improvement rules on the part of business entities and other objects, regardless of their form of ownership.
The Land Use Control Department has been tasked with removing illegal reinforced concrete structures and fences installed along Zhibek-Zholu Avenue from Manas Avenue to Togolok Moldo Street.
In addition, the Municipal Enterprise “Bishkek Trolleybus Administration” together with the Municipal Enterprise “Bishkeksvet” will carry out painting work on the poles.
