Drivers of special vehicles continue to fail to comply with the requirements of paragraph 8.20. rules for improvement of the city of Bishkek.

Another violation was recorded by a city resident on video, where the driver of a concrete mixer left traces of construction material behind him.

The driver of the special equipment was found and fined by inspectors of the municipal inspection, in accordance with the Code of Offenses of the Kyrgyz Republic. Individual A.D.H. will be held liable under Articles 114 and 115 Part 2, the total fine is 10,500 soms.

A fine was also imposed on the Limited Liability Company "Alim Service". The inspectors of the Municipal Inspectorate themselves became witnesses to the violation of the rules of improvement. Heavy equipment left a construction site with dirty tires.

During the inspection, it was established that the Limited Liability Company “Alim Service” has a wheel washing station, but did not use it for its intended purpose. For violation of Article 177 Part 2 of the Code of Offenses of the Kyrgyz Republic, the company was fined 23,000 soms.

After drawing up a protocol, the builders eliminated the pollution on the roadway.

Let us remind you that, based on the order of the Bishkek City Hall No. 100-T dated April 12, 2024, equipment for washing wheels of special equipment, overpasses for washing wheels must be installed at all construction sites, and the entrance to the site must be sprinkled with crushed stone.
