Fatima Usubalievna was born in 1923 in the village of Kyzyl-Suu of Keminsky district in a large wealthy family. In the 9th grade, she was awarded a trip to Moscow for her excellent studies. Fatima Usubalievna started working at the Manas cinema, which opened its doors in 1966. She was elected a people's assessor of the Supreme Court of the Kyrgyz SSR of the eighth convocation. The state appreciated the merits of Fatima Usubalievna, she is an "Excellent cinematographer of the USSR", awarded with awards and diplomas of the State Cinema of the Republic. In 2020, the President of the Russian Federation V. Putin was awarded the medal "75 years of Victory in the Great Patriotic War".
