In the capital, under the chairmanship of Deputy Mayor Nurdan Oruntayev, a two-storey building built illegally at the intersection of Deng-Xiaoping Avenue and P. Lumumba Street is being dismantled.

Employees of the Land Use Control Department of the City Hall and the municipal enterprise "Tazalyk" are working on site.

It should be noted that the decision of the Leninsky District Court of Bishkek dated September 26, 2022 satisfied the claim of the Department for Municipal Property Management of the Metropolitan City Hall to the owner of the object, citizen B.A., who built the object on the municipal territory without permission.

The court satisfied the claims of the department, it was decided to demolish the two-storey object with a total area of 326.7 square meters.

The dismantling works are continuing.
