The Oktyabrskaya Administration, in order to support the initiatives of local communities aimed at the development of the Oktyabrsky district, holds an open competition for development projects for funding from incentive (equity) grants.

For this purpose, funds in the amount of 5 million soms are allocated annually from the local budget of the Bishkek City Mayor's Office, which are directed to various types of repair work to preserve the housing stock, for multi-apartment residential buildings (repair of roofs, entrances, etc.), for the development of infrastructure of residential areas and private development.

Work on accepting applications (projects) for incentive (equity) grants for 2023 continues in accordance with the established procedure.
