Bishkek's Acting Mayor Balbak Tulobaev met with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Kyrgyz Republic Kairat Nurpeisov.

The parties discussed the socio-political situation in the capital, B. Tulobaev spoke about the activities of the city administration in the pandemic era.

Note that the situation in the city is stable, all city services structural divisions of the city hall operate normally.

Acting Mayor also outlined the importance of developing mutually beneficial cooperation with twin cities and partner cities, in particular with akimats of Nur-Sultan, Almaty.

By the way, Bishkek established twin relations with two cities: Almaty in 1997 and Nur-Sultan in 2011.
