Following the results of the open competition to select a private partner under the public-private partnership (PPP) project “Design and Construction of a Modern CITY Market in Microdistrict 9 of Bishkek,” the winner was recognized as Ak Ordo Bulak LLC, which submitted the most balanced, comprehensive, and economically justified proposal for project implementation.

The project aims to develop modern urban infrastructure that meets current requirements for wholesale and retail trade in Microdistrict 9 of Bishkek, located between residential buildings at 6a Baytik-Batyr Street and 4a Baytik-Batyr Street.

The project includes the implementation of a modern technological solution for building a mini-market, ensuring convenience, safety, and functionality of the trading space.

Additional goals of the PPP project include creating an accessible and environmentally sustainable urban environment, improving the quality of services and products provided to residents, and developing comfortable public spaces for leisure and social interaction in the capital.
