A new electric bus route No. 2 will begin operating in Bishkek, replacing the trolleybus route with the same number.

Starting December 19, 2025, electric buses will run along the route previously served by trolleybuses.

Route No. 2 will operate from Alamedin-1 microdistrict to the Frunze Plant (Intergelpo Street).
