Since December 11, 2025, in the Pervomaisky District, five inspection operations have been conducted to prevent offenses among minors, address child neglect, and identify children involved in labor or begging activities.

The operations were organized in two stages—daytime and nighttime. Nighttime inspections took place at the central Ala-Too Square, while daytime operations covered the district, including the Kudaibergen and Sary-Ozon markets, other areas with large crowds, underpasses, and locations near shopping centers.

The inspections involved staff from the Department of Social Development, representatives of the Juvenile Affairs Inspectorate of the District Internal Affairs Department, the District Education Department, and employees of the municipal territorial administrations.

During the operations, preventive educational conversations were held with minors, with special attention to safety, protection of rights, and prevention of involvement in illegal labor activities. Efforts in this direction will continue.
