The Land Use Control Department of Bishkek City Hall has returned a property located at 144B Bokonbaeva Street to municipal ownership.

The premises, covering an area of 35 square meters, were used as a pharmacy and include an adjacent land plot of 100 square meters.

Previously, the property was in use by a private entrepreneur. Following explanatory work conducted by the city authorities, the property was voluntarily returned to the city.

Bishkek City Hall continues its systematic work to identify and reclaim municipal properties in order to ensure the effective and rational use of city assets and protect the capital’s property interests.
