The Department of Physical Culture and Sports, Tourism, and Youth Affairs of the Bishkek City Hall, together with the PPP Center, announces a competition to select a private partner for the public-private partnership project “Reconstruction and Construction of the Year-Round Tennis Complex ‘Tennis Park’ based on the ‘Tie-Break’ courts in Bishkek” and invites all interested parties to participate.

The project aims to reconstruct and build a covered, year-round tennis complex meeting modern sports infrastructure standards, expand opportunities for physical activity and sports, and promote both mass and professional sports, thereby enhancing the city’s image as a sports center.

Envelopes containing applications for the qualification selection, along with the accompanying documents, will be accepted at the following address: Department of Physical Culture and Sports, Tourism, and Youth Affairs of Bishkek City Hall, 328 Zhibek-Zholu Avenue, Bishkek, or sent by courier service no later than 6:00 PM on December 4, 2025.
