On September 29, 2025, the Bishkek City Hall and JSC “Alfa Telecom” signed a memorandum of cooperation.

The ceremony was attended by Deputy Mayor Azamat Kadyrov, Head of the City Development Policy Department Timur Ryspaev, Director of the municipal enterprise “Center for Digital Technologies” Jumamüdün Jumaliev, and General Director of JSC “Alfa Telecom” Elnar Subakozhoev.

The document provides for the development of partnerships in the field of information and communication technologies, the implementation of modern solutions to improve the quality of digital public services, and the creation of reliable services accessible to the residents of the capital.

Both parties noted that digitalization is an important part of the city’s future and expressed their readiness to support each other in implementing joint initiatives. The signed memorandum represents another step toward the development of Bishkek as a modern and technologically advanced city.
