The Bishkek Combined Heat and Power Plant (CHP) is operating normally, with maintenance works conducted according to the established schedule.
As of September 15, 2025, the average electric power output is 58 MW; daily fuel consumption: coal – 1.223 thousand tons, gas – 74 thousand Nm³.
The CHP has a total of 15 boiler units, 7 cross-connected turbo units, and 2 power blocks, Nos. 3 and 4.
As of September 15, 2025: In operation: 3 boiler units, 2 cross-connected turbo units. Under maintenance: 7 boiler units, 3 turbo units, blocks Nos. 3 and 4. In reserve: 5 boiler units, 2 turbo units.
To prepare for the 2025/2026 autumn-winter period for electricity and heat supply, the CHP plans fuel deliveries in the following quantities: 1,400,000 tons of coal; 89.395 million m³ of gas; 4,000 tons of fuel oil.
The remaining coal stock at the CHP warehouse as of September 15, 2025, is 276.989 thousand tons.
