Starting from September11, 2025, restrictions on the movement of cars along ChyngyzAitmatov Avenue after22:00 will cease to applyin Bishkek.

This decision was made in order to increaseconvenience for citizensand drivers,as well as to regulatetraffic flow. 

Starting from the specified date, trafficalong the avenue will be open around the clock.
