A modern wood waste crusher powered by an autonomous generator has been installed at the Bishkekzelenstroy municipal enterprise.

The equipment with a capacity of 230 kW, an operating voltage of 380 Volts and a production capacity of 20/30 tons per hour was provided by the partner city of Qingdao under a previously signed agreement between Bishkek Mayor’s Office and the administration of the Chinese city. Now the company has the opportunity to recycle the branches collected on the streets and in parks, turning them into a useful and environmentally friendly material.

After crushing, wood waste will be processed into mulch, a moisture-containing substrate that retains water, improves soil structure and helps to green urban areas.

The launch of the crusher is another step towards the implementation of the Mayor's Office's environmental initiatives aimed at improving the quality of the urban environment and introducing modern waste recycling technologies.
