Earlier, by Resolution No. 257 of the Bishkek City Mayor's Office dated March 16, 2005, JSC Tien-Shan-Lada leased a land plot of 0.29 hectares for 49 years to complete the construction of an administrative building on Gorky Street (now Ankara Street, 3).

It is established that the specified land plot is not actually used, which is a violation of the terms of the lease agreement and the requirements of land legislation.

In addition, there is a rent arrears under the land lease agreement No. 136 dated April 13, 2006.

In this regard, by Resolution No. 246 of the Bishkek City Mayor's Office dated September 5, 2025, the resolution of the Bishkek City Mayor's Office "On granting JSC Tien-Shan-Lada for temporary use of a land plot to complete the construction of an administrative building on Gorky Street" dated March 16, 2005, No. 257 was canceled. 

Bishkek City Mayor's Office warns against the inadmissibility of subletting municipal property at an inflated cost, as well as their use in violation of their intended purpose.
