The Department of Individual Housing and Urban Development of the city mayor's office reports that based on the resolution of October 18, 2022 No. 567 “On amendments to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic on the approval of the Regulations on the procedure for conducting land amnesty” dated May 31, 2022 No. 291, work continues on accepting applications for properties that fall under the land amnesty.

To date, lists of citizens of the Sverdlovsk region who have provided a complete package of documents are known.

We remind you that in the capital we also continue to accept applications in accordance with the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic “On the Regulation of Land Legal Relations”, which regulates the conduct of a land amnesty to secure by the state the property rights of citizens to amnesty objects.

Documents required to submit an application:

- a copy of identification documents of the applicant - an individual or a copy of the registration certificate of a legal entity;

-copies of technical passport;

- notarized power of attorney of representatives;

- documents (if available) confirming the fact of acquisition of the object (documents confirming the fact of acquisition of the land amnesty object or relevant receipts, receipts for payment for utilities, receipts for payment of land tax, powers of attorney and other documents related to land amnesty objects);
