The mayor of Bishkek, Aibek Dzhunushaliev, instructed municipal employees and employees of municipal enterprises to use public transport weekly on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

These measures were taken to improve the environmental situation, monitor the condition of public transport, the quality of passenger service, and so on.

Service vehicles are used only in cases of urgent business needs.

The head of the capital instructed the head of the central office, M.M. Isakov, and the head of the organizational and control work department, K.A. Akmatbekov, to announce reprimands for the lack of proper control.

Remarks were also announced to the heads of institutions where employees who arrived in private vehicles were identified:

- Akim of the May Day Administration Sarylbek uulu U.
- Akim of the Sverdlovsk Administration Aitakunov K.M.
- Director of the Department of Municipal Property Management of the Bishkek City Hall Musaev U.M.
- Head of the Municipal Inspectorate Amangeldiev M.A.
- Head of the Municipal Enterprise “Bishkekvodokanal” Zhumaliev Ch.Z.,
- First Deputy Head of the Municipal Enterprise “Bishkek Glavarchitektura” Akimov A.D.

Thus, employees of the following subordinate and territorial divisions and municipal enterprises arrived in their own cars:

- Department for Municipal Property Management – 5 employees;
- Sverdlovsk regional administration – 4 employees;
- Municipal Enterprise "Bishkekvodokanal" - 4 employees;
- Pervomaisky district administration – 3 employees;
- Municipal Enterprise “Bishkekbashkyarchitecture” - 2 employees;
- Municipal inspection – 1 employee.
Instructions were given to punish employees who did not fulfill the instructions of the city mayor.

In addition, according to Article 146 of the Labor Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, in accordance with parts 2 and 12 of Article 24 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic “On State Civil Service and Municipal Service”, the first deputy head of the Leninsky administrative district of the city of Bishkek, Karaev Bakyt Omurbekovich, was severely reprimanded.

Also, in accordance with Article 146 of the Labor Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, the deputy head of the municipal enterprise “Bishkekglavarkhitektura”, Nazgul Jergalbekovna Koibagarova, was reprimanded.
