The Municipal Inspectorate of Bishkek Mayor's Office continues to restore order in the capital. Thus, inspectors on a daily basis conduct raids and identify facts of violation of landscaping.
In most cases, individuals and legal entities damage green spaces, park vehicles incorrectly, do not follow the condition of the adjacent territory, and construction companies spoil asphalt concrete pavement.
At the place of consideration of violations, there are often situations when not all violators admit their guilt. In such cases, cases are sent for consideration of the administrative commission with the participation of the offender.
It should be noted that in case of non-payment of the fine in time, despite the ruling on the imposition of penalties, an additional penalty will be charged on top of the fine.
Dear citizens! Please do not violate the rules of improvement of the capital. Remember that for any violation by the municipal inspectorate will be taken measures in accordance with the current legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
