The Municipal Inspectorate of Bishkek Mayor's Office strengthens control over compliance with sanitary norms by companies and individuals

Thus, the following entities were on the list of violators of the capital's improvement rules:

- With regard to the banquet hall "Ak Saray", located at 7/2 Ankara St., a protocol was drawn up under Article 114 of the Code of Offenses of the Kyrgyz Republic. The amount of fine amounted to 13,000 soms;

- LLC "Tourexpert" was fined for failure to observe cleanliness and order. The inspectors drew up a protocol under Article 114 of the Contravention Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. The amount of fine is 13,000 soms;

- "Ramki KG" company will be legally liable for a similar violation of the rules of improvement. The facility also did not conclude a contract with ME "Tazalyk" for solid waste removal. A protocol was drawn up under Article 114 of the KR Code of Offenses. The fine amounted to 13,000 soms

- LLC "Bulak" at 146/1 Respublikanskaya St. A protocol was drawn up under Article 114 of the Contravention Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. The company was fined 13,000 soms

- LLC "Umai Group" was fined 13,000 soms under Article 114 of the Contravention Code of the Kyrgyz Republic for unauthorized cleaning;

- a protocol was drawn up in respect of the manager of the business entity, citizen T. A. under Article 114 of the Kyrgyz Republic Code of Offenses. The amount of fine for an individual amounted to 3,000 soms;

- 2 protocols were drawn up in respect of individual entrepreneur Logai under Articles 114 and 179 part 2 of the Contravention Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.

- citizen A.S. was fined 5,500 soms for wastewater discharge into the irrigation ditch at Suerkulova 46. The inspectors drew up a report under Article 179 Part 2 of the Kyrgyz Republic Code of Offenses;

- a fine in the amount of 17,000 soms was imposed on the construction company "EuroTechStroy". A protocol was drawn up in respect of the facility under Article 179 part 2 of the KR Code of Offenses;

- LLC "Mobile Automobile Laboratory" was fined for cutting down a tree branch. Violations were recorded at the address: Isakeeva, 1/6. A protocol was drawn up under Article 179 part 2 of the Code of Offenses of the Kyrgyz Republic. The amount of fine amounted to 17,000 soms. In addition, an explanatory conversation was held with the violators.

On the identified violations on the part of the inspection on the spot are drawn up protocols, as a warning to all representatives of business and economic entities are issued notices on the mandatory compliance with the rules of improvement.

We remind that in accordance with the rules of improvement of the capital every citizen, regardless of ownership, must ensure the cleanliness of the adjacent territory.
