In Bishkek, residents of apartment building No. 4 in the Tunguch microdistrict planted saplings on the adjacent territory. Such actions became an example of civic activity in the fight against illegal parking. Local residents "fenced" the green zone from violators so that drivers would stop parking in inappropriate places.

Note that earlier residents of the microdistrict "Tunguch" sent an appeal to the Municipal Inspection of Bishkek Mayor's Office to take action against car owners. On April 4, 2024, joint raids were conducted on this location with employees of the UPSM. Inspectors held explanatory talks with drivers, as a result of which about 5 cars were re-parked in places that do not violate the rules of urban development. On the part of the employees of the Department of Patrol Service of the police drew up a protocol under Article 188 part 1 of the Contravention Code of the Kyrgyz Republic for violation of the rules of parking.

Recall that the Municipal Inspection of Bishkek Mayor's Office conducts daily raids against improper parking. One of the measures to prevent improper parking is the installation of restrictive tapes.
