Municipal Inspectorate of Bishkek Mayor's Office continues to conduct raids and identify violations of the rules of improvement. Thus, five construction companies in the capital became violators.
The list included:
- LLC Imarat Stroy, located at 277 Maldybaeva Street, was fined 23,000 soms for throwing construction waste in unidentified places.The inspectors drew up a report under Article 115 part 2 of the Code of Offenses of the Kyrgyz Republic;
- violations were recorded in relation to Aventa Stroy LLC at 24, Civil Street. Employees of the company damaged the roadway during construction works. A protocol was drawn up in accordance with Article 177 part 2 of the Contravention Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. The amount of fine amounted to 23,000 soms;
- Alim Kurulush LLC is responsible for violation of the rules of soil removal. A protocol was drawn up under Article 177, Part 2, Article 177 of the Contravention Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. The company was fined 23,000 soms;
- LLC "Construction Services" located in Lebedinovka village, 263 Pobedy St., for unauthorized construction of access roads. The inspectors drew up a protocol under Article 179 part 2 of the KR Code of Offenses. The amount of the fine amounted to 17,000 soms;
- Kapstroy KG construction company was fined 17,000 soms for cutting down and damaging trees.
In addition, Kyrgyz Kaganat LLC, located at 100/2 Ch. Aitmatov Avenue, received a prescription to clean up construction garbage.
The total amount of fines imposed on construction companies for violation of the rules of improvement of the capital amounted to 103,000 soms.
We remind that the municipal inspectorate will take measures for violation of the rules of improvement in accordance with the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
