Department of individual housing construction and urban development of the City Mayor's Office informs that based on the resolution of October 18, 2022 № 567 "On Amending the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic on approval of the Regulations on the order of land amnesty" of May 31, 2022 № 291, work on receiving applications for objects that fall under the land amnesty continues.

As of today, the lists of citizens of Sverdlovskiy and Oktyabrskiy districts, who have provided a full package of documents, are known.

We remind, in the capital also continues to accept applications under the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On the regulation of land-legal relations", which regulates the land amnesty to fix the state ownership rights of citizens to the objects of the amnesty.

The documents required to submit an application are:

- a copy of documents certifying the identity of the applicant - a physical person or a copy of the certificate of registration of a legal entity;

- copies of technical passport;

- notarized power of attorney of representatives;

- documents (if any) confirming the fact of acquisition of the object (documents confirming the fact of acquisition of the object of land amnesty or relevant receipts, receipts for payment for utilities, receipts for payment of land tax, powers of attorney and other documents relating to the objects of land amnesty)
