The Municipal Inspectorate of Bishkek Mayor's Office continues to exercise control in the capital within its authority.
Thus, in the period from April 5 to 8, 2024, employees of the municipal inspection together with representatives of the Department of Patrol Service of Militia in Bishkek conducted 7 raids.
During the events, 216 drivers of heavy-duty vehicles were given explanatory talks about the introduced temporary restrictions on the movement of trucks on municipal roads.
In addition, the inspectors drew up protocols under Article 434 of the Kyrgyz Code of Offenses with respect to the following construction companies.
- Kyrgyz Beton LLC;
- Asia Concrete LLC (2 protocols);
- SanTechRus LLC,
- Arek Stroy LLC.
Protocols were also drawn up in respect of 3 individuals. The total amount of fines is 74,000 soms.
Recall that from April 5 to October 1 from 7:00 to 21:00 in the capital is prohibited to move heavy vehicles weighing more than 18 tons.
It should be noted that the ban does not apply to vehicles that transport perishable products and humanitarian aid, are engaged by Bishkek Mayor's Office for construction and repair of roads, as well as carry out municipal order.
