In Bishkek city, the small arena of the "Spartak" stadium located on Togolok Moldo Street, 17, was transferred to municipal ownership by the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.
To date, there is a technical conclusion of the State Institute of Earthquake Resistant Construction and Engineering Design that the structures on the territory of the small arena are not earthquake resistant and emergency.
Specialists of the municipal enterprise "Bishkekglavarhitektura" have developed a sketch project of the small arena. The project includes sports halls, referee rooms, changing rooms and coaches' rooms, administrative and other premises.
In the near future the construction of a new small arena will begin.
Recall, earlier the department for control over land use dismantled objects on the territory of the small arena - cafes "Arzu and "Time Out". The owners of the cafes were warned, they were understanding and assisted in the dismantling. Green spaces will be rehabilitated in place of the vacated territory.
