A resident of the residential area "Altyn-Kazyk" applied to the Municipal Inspection of Bishkek City Mayor's Office and reported about the formation of a spontaneous dump.
It should be noted that this residential area is located near the ME "Bishkek Sanitary Landfill", which is attached within the framework of the ATR.
Thus, on the territory of the forest plantation along the Ala-Archa reservoir, several centers of unauthorized garbage dumping were recorded. As it turned out, some residents of nearby residential areas took out solid domestic waste and dumped it directly into huge pits.
A case of attempted dumping of waste in unauthorized places was recorded on the spot. The driver of the car "Daewoo Labo" tried to unload construction waste. After an explanatory conversation the citizen took the waste to the territory of Bishkek sanitary landfill.
In the course of conversation with the applicant of "Altyn-Kazyk" residential area, assistance was rendered to eliminate the spontaneous dump by providing an excavator.
On the next day a special technique dug a trench, thus closing the access to the passage of motor vehicles to the territory of forest plantation.
