The Municipal Inspectorate of Bishkek actively fights against violators of the rules of improvement and cleanliness.
Despite daily raids and explanatory work, citizens and business entities continue to violate sanitary norms.
Thus, for April 2, 2024 inspectors drew up 36 protocols for a total amount of 435,500 soms.
Among the violators:
- United International School, located at 26 Masalieva Street, did not observe cleanliness and order on the adjacent territory. A protocol was drawn up under Article 114 of the Contravention Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, and the amount of the fine imposed was 13,000 soms;
- Resident J.K., living at 51 Suvanberdiev Street, threw waste in unidentified places, for which the inspectors drew up a report under Article 115 part 2 of the Kyrgyz Republic Code of Offenses. The fine amounted to 7,500 soms.
- "Stalmontazh Plus" LLC, located on Michurina Street, received a fine of 13,000 soms for violation of the rules of landscaping. The inspectors drew up a protocol under Article 114 of the Contravention Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
- A similar violation was committed by Altyn Tamga LLC located at 128b Chuikov Street. The printing house was fined 13,000 soms under Article 114 of the Contravention Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. The inspectors also issued a prescription to conclude a contract with ME "Tazalyk".
- Alpha Oil LLC received a fine of 13,000 soms for failure to maintain cleanliness and order in the adjacent territory. A protocol under Article 114 of the Contravention Code of the Kyrgyz Republic was drawn up in respect of the entity.
- A protocol was drawn up under Article 114 of the Contravention Code of the Kyrgyz Republic in respect of V.R.S. Company LLC. The amount of fine amounted to 13,000 soms.
- A protocol for throwing household garbage in unidentified places was received by "Vinzor" LLP, located at 43 Orozbekova Street. It was fined in the amount of 17,000 soms under Article 115 Part 1 of the Contravention Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
- Cafe "Bakhchay" located at 40/1 S. Karalaeva Street was fined 23,000 soms for throwing garbage in unidentified places. Inspectors drew up a protocol under Article 115 part 2 of the Kyrgyz Republic Code of Offenses.
- A similar violation was committed by citizen A. Т. A protocol was drawn up in respect of the citizen under Article 115 part 2 for the amount of 7,500 soms.
It should be noted that if citizens violate the rules of improvement under Article 114 of the Contravention Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, inspectors draw up a report and issue a prescription to eliminate violations. In case of non-execution of the order, according to Article 434, Part 1 of the Contravention Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, an individual will receive a fine of 3,000 soms, and a legal entity - 13,000 soms. In case of repeated failure to fulfill the order within a year, the amount of fines for individuals will be 10,000 soms, and for legal entities - 30,000 soms.
Dear citizens and guests of the capital! Please do not violate the rules of improvement of the capital. Remember that for any violation the municipal inspection will take measures in accordance with the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic and impose fines.
