In Bishkek, cleaning works of open and closed collector-drainage and irrigation networks are in full swing.

Employees of the municipal enterprise "Bishkekzelenstroy" clean the bottom, bed and floodplains of collector-drainage networks from sedges and rushes. The works are carried out both manually and mechanized way with the involvement of special equipment.

Works in this direction are carried out in order to ensure watering of green areas of Bishkek city. According to the ME "Bishkekzelenstroy" from the beginning of the year to date has already cleaned more than 101,339 linear meters of irrigation networks.

It should be noted that earlier the flushing of main canals and irrigation networks has already been carried out.
