Bishkek City Mayor's Office puts up for auction the land plot of the old hippodrome "Ak-Kula" with a total area of 45,73 hectares.

The corresponding decision was made by the commission on implementation of procedures for privatization of municipal property.

It should be noted that the evaluation by an independent expert was carried out for the amount of 8,731,917,000 (eight billion seven hundred thirty one million nine hundred seventeen thousand) soms, which is set as the starting price of the object.

In order to participate in the electronic auction, the participant must make a security deposit in the amount of 10 percent of the announced starting amount of the sale.

The size of the auction step is 20 percent of the starting price of the lot.

The auction procedure is carried out by consecutive increase of the initial sale price by the participants by the amount according to the "auction step".
