Today due to strong wind in Bishkek city 19 educational facilities, 11 schools and 8 kindergartens were damaged.

In most cases, roof coverings were destroyed, but there are also cases of fallen trees on the adjacent territories of schools and kindergartens.

At the moment, the relevant services are working on the elimination of fallen trees, and also a created commission will establish the scale of the damage in the process of work.

It should be noted that the Commission will check all the capital's educational facilities for quality, where roof repair work was previously carried out.

To remind, that until April 1, 2024 schoolchildren are on vacation, kindergartens will continue to work in the normal mode.
