Department of individual house construction and urban development of the City Mayor's Office informs that on the basis of the resolution of October 18, 2022 № 567 "On Amendments to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic on approval of the Regulations on the order of land amnesty" from May 31, 2022 № 291 continue to accept applications for properties that fall under the land amnesty.

As of today, the lists of citizens of Pervomaisky district who have provided a full package of documents are known.

We remind, applications according to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On regulation of land-legal relations", which regulates the land amnesty on fixing by the state of the property rights of citizens to the objects of the amnesty, continues accepting applications.

To submit an application you need the following documents:

-copy of documents certifying the identity of the applicant - an individual or a copy of the certificate of registration of a legal entity;

-copies of technical passport;

-notarized letter of power for representatives;

-documents (if any) confirming the fact of acquisition of the object (documents confirming the fact of acquisition of the land amnesty object or relevant receipts, receipts for payment for utilities, receipts for payment of land tax, powers of attorney and other documents related to the land amnesty objects)
