Today, by his order, the Mayor of Bishkek, Aibek Dzhunushaliyev, created a commission for the implementation of procedures for the privatization of municipal property.

The commission has been tasked to hold an auction within 10 days in accordance with the approved program for the privatization of municipal property of the Bishkek City Kenesh.

According to this program, individual components of the racetrack "Ak-Kula" property complex at 1 Termechikova Street will be implemented through an electronic auction.

It should be noted that the conditions for participation in the auction will be determined by the above commission.Buyers of municipal property can be individuals and legal entities.

The procedure for conducting an electronic auction for the sale of municipal property is determined in accordance with the Regulation "On the procedure for conducting Auctions for the sale of municipal property in electronic format", approved by Decree of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic No. 519 dated October 27, 2020.
