The Municipal Inspectorate of the Bishkek City Hall continues to restore order in the capital, identify unscrupulous violators and take immediate action on citizens' appeals.

So, the municipal inspectorate received a complaint from two residents of an apartment building located on Simferopol Street in Pervomaisky district. They complained about the violation of the rules of landscaping by one of the construction companies.

In this regard, on March 16, 2024, a departure was made to the address: Akhunbayeva 223, 225 at the intersection of Simferopol Lane. Construction works were carried out in this square by the Nur Imarat Kurulush company.  

Inspectors on the spot revealed two violations at once: non-compliance with the rules for ensuring cleanliness and order in the surrounding area, and failure to take measures to prevent road pollution from the construction site.

Two protocols have been drawn up in relation to the Nur Imarat Kurulush construction company under Articles 114 of Part 1 and 177 of Part 2 of the Code of Offenses of the Kyrgyz Republic. A fine totaling 53,000 soms was imposed for violation of the rules of landscaping and damage to a road structure.

After explanatory work, the workers of the construction company cleared the surrounding area of debris and soil.
