A raid was carried out in Pervomaisky district of the capital in order to identify minors who are unaccompanied by their parents and their surrogates at night.
The raid was carried out jointly with the Juvenile Affairs Inspectorate of the Department of Internal Affairs, employees of the Department of Social Development, the MTU of the district, the State Inspectorate for Environmental and Technical Safety.
As a result of a night raid on computer clubs and places of public gathering, 9 minors were identified.
After conducting explanatory work on the inadmissibility of committing such violations, the minors were transferred to their legal representatives. Acts have been drawn up for all identified minors and appropriate letters will be sent to the USR at the place of residence for further preventive work and social support.
Such events are systematic in nature, explanatory work is carried out with the administrators of computer clubs regarding the rules of stay of minors at night and with business entities to prevent the exploitation of child labor.

We remind you that minors (persons under the age of 18) are prohibited from being in public places at night (in the summer period from June 1 to August 31) from 23:00 to 06:00 hours, the rest of the time from 22:00 to 06:00 hours, without accompanying parents and their surrogates.
It should be noted that according to the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic, parents are responsible for the upbringing, maintenance and safety of children.
