The municipal inspectorate issued a fine to two individuals for parking in green areas. A protocol has been drawn up against drivers under Article 179 of Part 2 of the Code of Offences of the Kyrgyz Republic and a fine of 5,500 soms has been imposed.

The raid event was held in the Oktyabrsky district together with the staff of the UPSM in the city of Bishkek. Most of the violations were recorded along G.Aitieva Street near residential buildings. Drivers parked their cars between trees, as well as in places not occupied by greenery. Protocols have been drawn up for car owners.

Despite the explanatory work on the prohibition of parking in green areas, the townspeople ignore the warnings and spoil them.

During the raid, some Bishkek residents reacted with understanding to these remarks, and some negatively.

The municipal inspectorate urges citizens not to leave their cars in green areas. Parking in the wrong places may entail a fine for individuals of 5,500 soms, and for legal entities - 17,000 soms.
