The Municipal Inspectorate for the Control of Landscaping, together with the Department of State Architectural and Construction Control in the city of Bishkek, conduct raid measures on construction sites.
The inspection often records violations related to damage to road structures and road pollution by heavy-duty vehicles of construction companies that leave the construction site without cleaning the wheels from the ground.
We have bypassed 20 companies and almost everywhere one violation has been established. For non-compliance with cleanliness and order around the facility under Article 114 of the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Offenses" in the amount of 13 thousand soms, protocols were issued to the companies: Sky Building Engineering on Usennbayev Street, Ak Shagyr on Krasnoflotskaya Street No. 11, Pioneer Plus in Ilmensky Lane No. 19, Urban Construction in Frunze Lane No. 85/1, "Tagai Ata" on Fuchika Street No. 38, "Zhaz Stroy" on T.Frunze Street No. 100.
For the release of industrial and industrial waste into the municipal territory under Article 115, a fine was issued for 23 thousand soms to the Start Company company on Y.Abdrakhmanov Street No. 140, Partner Group on D.Xiaoping Street No. 304.
For pollution and damage to a road structure under Article 177, a protocol was issued for 17 thousand soms to the Monolit Stroy company in the Kok-Zhar housing estate.
For unauthorized excavation work without the consent of the municipality under Article 179, a protocol was issued for 17 thousand soms to the company "B.M.S." at the address: Chuikov Street No. 132/6, "Adegine" on Gorky Street No. 188/1.
In addition to penalties, the inspection issued notices on the prevention of compliance with the rules of landscaping in municipal territories to the companies Alfa Real Estate, EMS Building, Stop Service Plus.
The Mayor's Office of the capital warns: when violations of the rules of landscaping are established, protocols will be drawn up on the spot for all legal entities and individuals, regardless of ownership forms.
