The Municipal Inspectorate for the Control of Landscaping together with the State Agency for Architecture, Construction and Housing and Communal Services under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic in Bishkek conducts a raid on construction sites for the presence of devices or points for washing wheels.

In total, 6 objects will be checked in the Oktyabrsky district, in Sverdlovsk – 4, Pervomaisky – 4, Leninsky – 6.

When violations are detected, protocols will be drawn up under Article 177 Part 2 of the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Offenses" for failure to take measures to prevent pollution of the carriageway of the street or road from construction sites.

A protocol has already been drawn up against the construction company LLC Monolit Stroy for polluting Kuyruchuk Street in the Kok-Zhar housing estate. However, the violator does not agree with the protocol. The document will be sent to the commission for consideration.

Inspectors also issue notices of non-admission of violations. Otherwise, measures will be taken in accordance with the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic “On Offenses”.
