Within the framework of the II phase of the project "Rehabilitation of water supply and sewerage in Bishkek", work is underway on the construction of a sewer collector.

The laying of the sewage pressure pipeline from the receiving chamber of the treatment facilities to the intersection of Fuchika-Lenskaya streets has been suspended. The length of the pipeline was 2 km 714 m. Construction work continues along Fuchik and Asanaliev Streets. The total length of the sewage system under the project will be 11 km.

Reinforced concrete pipes with a diameter of 1000 mm and 2000 mm are used for the construction of a new sewer system. These are modern wear-resistant pipes that are not susceptible to bacterial effects, are not afraid of heat, drought, moisture and frost. New materials allow us to guarantee the reliability of pipelines for at least 50 years ahead.

Installation of sewer pipes is a complex process that requires the use of special equipment, certain knowledge and skills.

The purpose of the work is to create favorable, comfortable living conditions for the population in the southern and western parts of the capital, as well as to increase the reliability of the drainage of the settlement.
